After the amazing success of last years Bloodstock: Metal 2 the Masses competition we are ecstatic to be holding it for the second year in a row for the South Wales and West heats. The Green Rooms is one of South Wales' newest and most underground venues. We pride ourselves on bringing South Wales some of the best metal bands around and supporting the local scene. We also support our bands by providing excellent rehearsal facilities during the week and an awesome, well maintained venue facility during the weekend. Sound Circus is the biggest and best rock and alternative nightclub in Bournemouth. It has popular rock based alternative club nights every Thursday and Saturday and an out and out rock night every Friday. The Friday rock night has live bands before 11pm and a rock / metal club night 11-2.

The RoadHouse Club was first set up on an informal basis for local friends and music lovers after the closure and eventual demolition of the nearby "Breedon Bar" - for many years the area’s leading music venue. What had been just a bar in a sports centre was transformed into today's GREAT venue. A welcome return to the Metal 2 The Masses - The Riverside in Selby will be seeking out the cream of the crop in North Yorkshire.

Sandnes Rockeklubb`s main goal is to find good new bands and give them a stage to play on, we work on a voluntary basis and have approximately 55 shows a year with mostly bands in the metal/hard rock family. We are very pleased to be part of the M2TM family and tying bonds over to the UK.

A relationship lasting 10 years with BLOODSTOCK FESTIVALS see's us radically develop our approaches to getting bands to Bloodstock in 2012. Hosting literally hundreds of events over the year,s we have been responsible for 20 bands reaching the hallowed stages of Bloodstock and having the weekend of their lives. Our intention has always been to build better opportunities and give bands a better platform to push their music beyond local boundaries and intensify the ambition of those bands who strive to be noticed. 2011 saw The Furious Horde (Winner of Essex region) take the M2TM a step further and are now playing METAL CAMP in Slovenia!!!

Ragnarock is a new, fresh and exciting live music and club night for enthusiasts of all varieties of heavy music. Based in the heart of Preston at one of the largest venues for live music in the area; Rumes nightclub: A previous home to the longest running alternative club night in Preston. Ragnarock is born from the ashes of the glory of the former music scene in Preston from years gone by. Ragnarock and it's organisers strive to revive the fantastic rock and metal scene in Preston that once thrived above anything else in the local area. Here we are offering an excellent venue, cheap drinks, and DJ's that will keep you in the pit all night long. We're all very excited to be a part of Metal 2 the Masses this year as it has never been hosted in Preston before! We want to put our town back on the map as a metal headquarters for the north-west. We are looking forward to supporting our local bands which thrive for a suitable venue and stage to tear apart!
