Band Line Up 2023

UK Thrashcore 4-piece Tortured Demon hammered into last year with their debut album ‘In Desperation’s Grip’.

Tortured Demon line-up consists of brothers Jacob (vocal and guitar) and Joe Parkinson (drums), joined by Billy Hourigan (Lead Guitar), and Sean Xavier (Bass and backing vocals) completing the ground shaking quartet. Formed in 2018, the band take influences from 80s Thrash and 90s Death and Groove Metal, as well as more modern styles to create a unique sound that connects with a wide range of metal fans.

They opened the Jägermeister Stage at Bloodstock Open Air 2021, having an unprecedented turnout, resulting in the tent almost collapsing. This performance cemented the band’s reputation as a formidable live act and led onto their first tours, including with UK thrash royalty Evile and Xentrix in 2022.

Having recorded their highly anticipated second album, 2023 is set to be a big year, with the new release and more touring as Tortured Demon take the next steps in their rapidly accelerating career.
