Band Line Up 2023

Featuring members of Foetal Juice and Burial, Wolfbastard were originally formed in 2012 and play a blend of D-Beat Punk and old school Black Metal. 

In March 2015 we recorded our self-titled debut album at NoiseBoy Studios in Salford, and soon after signed for Newcastle-based extreme metal label UKEM Records. The album was released on all major streaming platforms, CD and cassette, and sold well. 

Our second full length album ‘Graveyard Sessions’ was recorded and released in 2018, again by UKEM Records, and further cemented our sound in Black Metal and Punk. 

In 2020 we re-entered the studio to record our third and most accomplished piece of work ‘Hammer the Bastards’. Shortly after finishing recording we signed to Clobber Records, who released the album in January 2022 on CD, cassette and vinyl. 

Wolfbastard have supported bands including Discharge, Municipal Waste, Extreme Noise Terror, Midnight, Magrudergrind, Michael Graves (Misfits), Vallenfyre, Iron Reagan, Desecration, ACxDC, Warwound, Antigama, Whipstriker, A Forest of Stars, Cauldron, Angst, Christ Agony and Disparo. 

We have appeared at a number of underground UK festivals including Chimpy Fest 2017 (with with the likes of Hellbastard, Birdflesh and The Afternoon Gentlemen), Break the Chains Festival in 2018 (with Infest, Doom, Extreme Noise Terror, Full of Hell and Dropdead), and Hammerfest 13 (with Lordi, Venom Inc. and Unleashed). 

Also in 2018, we stepped-in for a last minute performance at the Blackwood Gathering in Cumbia, playing alongside Sargeist and Darkher.
