Band Line Up 2015

These five Toads from the North London/Barnet area form a band that draws on a variety of influences from classic rock, metal, blues, funk and a lot more besides to create a sound which is hard to pin down but easy to rock out to! Comparisons have ranged from the likes of Iron Maiden and Sabbath to Zeppelin and Primus, with everything in between. After a well-received 1st album released in 2011, the addition of a second guitarist and new drummer has evolved their sound to a completely new level and a second album is currently in the works for 2015. Wretched Toad are on a mission to bring their cold-blooded creations to the world, warts and all...!

We Toads are blown away to have been chosen out of tons of killer bands to play this year’s Bloodstock Open Air festival! The whole Metal 2 the Masses London experience is one that we will never forget - we have met many amazing people along the way, played alongside some exceptional bands and this competition has helped us to reach tons more people with our music.

Now to Bloodstock - we are hugely excited that we get to play our music at such a prestigious festival and it is truly an honour to be playing on the New Blood Stage! A massive thank you to everyone involved: Mick Monsta, the Purple Turtle, all the judges, bands, DJ Squatter, Ricky Bowtell, Empire Guitars and of course Simon Hall for giving us this absolutely huge opportunity. We are gonna make it our mission to give the Bloodstock crowd a show they'll never forget!!
